RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Understand the growth strategy of this office and help innovate and contribute to this strategy.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Burning desire to take care of others and place their needs above those of the team
- Experiencing managing client relationships preferred
- Goal-oriented and able to implement team and personal metrics to meet goals
- Interest in conducting needs based conversations and providing specific product recommendations based on those conversations
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Able to anticipate customer needs and display empathy when needed.

Compensation: $27,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
